Launching the Website Project

The project began with a deep audit. The existing site on a builder platform was outdated and didn't allow for functional expansion or content growth. For the new website, we decided to completely discard the old copy in favor of professional SEO copywriting. Every paragraph was rewritten from scratch, with new focal points set to target specific search queries from the client’s target audience.

Choosing a Multilingual Approach

Given the specific demographics of the French Riviera, the site was designed as multilingual from the ground up. Currently, it supports two languages, but the technical stack allows localization to be expanded to 3–4 more languages in just a couple of days.

Building Trust: Emphasis on Expertise and Social Proof

In the pet care industry, trust is a key conversion factor. Understanding this, we restructured the text content to focus potential clients' attention on the following:

• Expert Team: Individual profiles were created for each qualified staff member. This personalizes the business and gives clients peace of mind about who is looking after their pet.
• Social Proof: We integrated a review block from Google Maps. Since the company has operated successfully in the Alpes-Maritimes for years, its established rating on an authoritative platform serves as a powerful persuasion tool.
• Interactivity: An Instagram feed widget adds dynamic energy to the site, allowing users to see the company's daily life.

To boost visual engagement, we utilized video production elements. Despite having only amateur mobile footage from the client, we edited a dynamic video for the Hero section during post-production. This visual hook captures user attention within the first 3 seconds, showcasing the company’s real-world work and creating an immersive experience.

Useful Features:

• Flexible Service Pages: We created specific custom data fields that automatically format service information, making it easy to add new offerings.
• FAQ: A frequently asked questions page that improves SEO behavioral factors.
• Search Intelligence: An integrated Google stats dashboard allows the owner to track keyword performance directly within the admin panel.

Attention to Detail

Moving from a website builder to a standalone CMS carries the risk of losing search rankings and audience. To prevent this, we performed a full link audit. 301 redirects were configured for all old URLs. This ensures that users coming from old search engine links don't hit a 404 page but are automatically sent to the corresponding landing pages on the new site.

Upon project completion, the client received a detailed presentation with video tutorials for administration. The owner can independently modify content, add videos, and update the site without relying on us.
Following our core philosophy for all clients, we created a full backup of the site files and database after completion, ensuring the owner has total control and can modify the site without the fear of "breaking" it.
